Friendly staff. Had to change rooms do to plumbing issue and leaking water from shower. Wasn’t impressed with the guy who came to fix the toilet. Did absolutely nothing to help the situation. Front desk was able to move us to “better” room. Very helpful.

Clean and comfortable. Good value. Staff was cheery and friendly. Breakfast was amazing! Plentiful and varied. The person keeping the fresh baked biscuits, yogurt, eggs, sausage and the most delicious home fries mixed with red and green chilis well stock was wonderful.

Excellence!!! Perfect in every way. Cleanest hotel I ever stayed in. Not one hair in bathroom… haha! Friendly, all staff, and breakfast was great. I ate later and it was well stocked. Coffee was always good. Great bed, pillows and I thought about sneaking out towels but didn’t. FYI. They don’t take cash. PS. I’m a hotel snob and this place rocks!!! The air conditioning in the room is terrible! I set the A/C as low as it would go and it never cooled down even though the compressor cycled. It was a bad stay and not comfortable at all! I overheard other guests complaining about the same issue. The hotel “looks” good with a recent refresh but they really need to upgrade the in room A/C! Also, I booked through hotels.com and paid at the hotel with a card not on file with hotels.com. I was charged on both cards and currently awaiting a resolution from corporate.
