Friendly people. Breakfast was pretty much non existent. Cold cereal or choice of one week old apple showing its age. Coffee machine was broken, but they had a substitute hand pump coffee dispenser. Breakfast is part of our budget, so that was not cool. No coffee maker in room either! again, not cool.

I booked online and when I got there I was told I needed $50 in cash or another card to pay a $50 deposit for no smoking and no pets. Which was not disclosed on their site.

The beds were very comfortable. The pool area chairs were dirty. There was gum on the side of the bathroom vanity. The floors were not the cleanest. The toilet bowl had a black ring in it. The 2 ice machines were out of order along with the coffee pot. Breakfast was a joke to call it that. Sorry but I will not stay there again andI do visit Enterprise, Alabama on occasion. Have a little pride in your hotel.

Disappointed in Enterprise AL

The room was basic (you get what you pay for) but the floor was so dirty my white socks turned black just walking across the floor one time. Also, room service forgot to replace the towels so I had to go to the front desk to get a new set. The bath towels were VERY thin and VERY small and the sheets, bed cover and blanked we're worn and faded.

Filthy room w/ dead flies!

My room smelled like smoke upon entering after checking in. There was at least 20 dead flies scattered all over the room in various spots. The floors were so dirty that I stepped out of the shower on a white towel to show the grime that was on the floor. There was also mildew on the shower walls and on the floor surrounding the shower as well! I also asked for the manager to contact me about the cleanliness of our room at checkout…never received a phone call. One of the least clean rooms I have ever stayed in!! Wouldn’t recommend staying in this hotel.

This hotel was in a nice location, easy walking distance to a few restaurants. Very clean, comfortable bed. Spacious room. No hair dryer in the room, so pack accordingly.

The toilet seat had burn marks on it. The shower head sprayed everywhere. This app would not allow me to download a picture of the toliet seat. The sheets on the bed were terrible im guessing the thread count was below 100. Sheets kept coming undone from the mattress.
