The hotel is dingy and dirty. The bed was comfortable and clean but the carpet, door handles, hallway walls, elevator doors and elevator buttons were dirty. Conversations in the hallway and slamming doors could be heard throughout the night.

The photos make this place look fancy. You have to navigate the entire parking lot to find the front entrance and there isn't an awning to park under. I got there and it was snowing. I would have been nice to get my gear out of the car with some protection. The wall paper in the hallways look like something out of a hospital in the 80's and even though they had signs on the exterior doors, they slammed until about 11:00 pm. The breakfast was a solid C+, typical home fries, powdered eggs and a waffle station. The location was convenient for the area that I was working, but I wouldn't stay here again.

The hotel is in dire need of upgrades and a deep clean at least. The 1st room we were put in was 28 degrees and we could not adjust the temperature as the dial was broken. The next room was filthy, walls were covered in marks and damaged and it smelled like sewage! The 3 rd room ended up being a suite as we asked about an updated room and that’s all they had. My husband needed a handicap stall and one was taken and the other said no parking. No one offered a suggestion as to where else we could park. The restaurant had no one in it, was dark and the carpet was filthy. The desk staff was great and did her best to accommodate but we will not be back.

Let’s start with the fact that I’ve stayed at this property NUMEROUS times!!!! I’m in their system!!! Check out time is 11 AM. At exactly 10 55, Hotel staff started banging on my door loudly. They would not stop. I opened the door at exactly 1059 am… Only to see some horrible little man pissed off that I had not left yet…even though checkout had not occurred yet!!!!!!’ Television did NOT WORK!!! Nor did the fireplace! This was their “upgraded suite”! HORRIBLE PROPERTY!!!!! NO APOLOGY!!!! No reward for staying at this property and being a loyal customer. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I always like staying here, its not the fanciest of hotels but the rooms are clean and the hotel is typically pretty quiet. I have noticed thier prices have gone up quite a bit which is unfortunate. I hope they do not loose to much business in making this change. I know for me on my next visit to The Hat i booked a room at the Days Inn for much cheaper than i could stay here

I have stayed at the hotel a number of times this past year and this stay was not the best. The bed was horrible, had a large dent in the mattress which made it extremely uncomfortable. Need to go to the chiropractor now.

Room was ok. Air extraction in the bathroom didn't appear to be working. Elevators broken. Room keys lost their code. After doing the stairway 3 times finally access the room. Checkin guy seamed a little off and distant. Over night guy after 10 30 when we got back was very friendly

No to both. Ckearly trying toclean up an old run down hotel with limited success. Paint in windows chipped and dirty, tiles in bathroom stained, mattress lumpy and uncomfortable. Sub par all around except for service which was good for room change and getting tv to work. Not for checkout. I definitely will not stay hete again even for the price.

When we got there the elevator was broken so we could not get the room we had booked. They did squish us into a room so we could stay the night. We were there with my parents who are in their 80’s. The Hotel was recommended by the hospital that my mom was having hip replacement surgery at in two days. The elevator was repaired and we did get our suite but it was very inconvenient and made it very difficult for my parents
