Room was clean and bed was great. Breakfast was laking. Sausage was cold and only hot choice available minus toast and waffle maker. Only 1 juice available. Honey buns whete stale. Only apples available for fruits. Microwave sparked if you tryed to use it. Front desk attendant was always hiding unless you rang bell repeatedly. Elevator was questionable. Doors got stuck open at one point and had to use the stairs.

Clean room but the hotel is clearly undergoing renovations. The elevator door wouldn’t close so we ended up taking the stairs for the rest of our time there. Wouldn’t recommend.

The room was clean but the sink had rust around the drain and the tub had no stopper. The elevator is very old and the door got stuck halfway closed and we got off and used the stairs. They shouldn’t advertise breakfast because in the two days we were there we had to go out to eat. They didn’t have any staff refilling the food or even in the food area. Unfortunately the staff is not trained to answer any type of questions. The front desk person was wearing sweat pants and a tee shirt. No one was at the front desk and you had to ring a bell and wait. Very unprofessional.

We checked in pretty late. The associate working was very nice when we checked out we can barely find the morning associate, and when she finally came to the counter, she looked like she had just woken up. Didn’t say a word didn’t make eye contact even when I told her to have a wonderful day, she said nothing not that I expect a whole conversation but a word would’ve been nice The room was average. It was missing a nightstand and it was one random chair sitting in the corner. I’m not sure exactly if the new thing is they have mini pillows, but those pillows were ridiculously uncomfortable.

This was a one night stay traveling home from. Price and location were good. There was a weird smell like someone had cooked something. I hoped it would be on the 2nd floor but it was. The bed was very comfortable. Shower was good. TV was kind of small for the room.

Room was standard but the shower was difficult to use. The 'microphone-style' shower head needed to be replaced as the lock kept sliding down and rotating around the pole that it was supposed to be connected to. It's hard to take a shower when the water keeps moving.

The room was clean & nice, however i had a very scary experience! The elevator stuck with wirh the door a quarter way open, when i told the front desk they were aware of the problem but said no one can figure out the problem! I say put an " OUT OF ORDER" sign on the elevator! That was super scary! I also went down in the morning for some orange juice for the free breakfast & it came out WATER! The rooms were great but the Hotel needs some attention.
