Brilliant location and very friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone staying in Budapest. One negative would be none of the plug sockets in the lobby area worked the day we was leaving when we wanted to charge our phones before leaving to the airport.

Thue hotel itself is new, clean and everything works. The only slight blemish is a strange smell in the corridor. The people are helpfull. There are tons of shops and restaurants nearby. It is in the city centre. What more can you ask!!!

Superfícies empoeiradas, ficamos dias sem sabonete líquido e sem gel de banho, reposição de água e sachê de café era feita alguns dias sim e outros não. Toalhas ficaram acumuladas, colocando limpas adicionais sem retirar as usadas. Apesar deste problemas no serviço de quarto, valeu muito a pena pelos motivos que citei antes.
