This is one of my favourite hotels ever. The staff is amazing, I love the 24hr drinks available, the location couldn’t be better. I have been here twice and plan to come again as I love Amsterdam but, this hotel makes the trip so much better!

This property is wonderfully appointed in Amsterdam. The complementary breakfast, bar and snacks daily were amenities that were greatly appreciated, especially considering the high quality of offerings. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel. The only area for improvement would be updating the rooms in particular.

Everything was perfect about the Banks Mansion. The rooms are cozy, but that’s normal for many European cities. The staff were amazing, so helpful and pleasant. The hotel is so clean. Love the open bar where you could meet up with other travelers and share the days adventures. We would definitely book this hotel again.

We had a great time at Banks. From the get go, front desk staff were VERY friendly and helpful (thank you Laura). The location cannot be beat. The daily snacks, wine and breakfast were served spectacular. The breakfast guy and the lady there were very nice and welcoming. All around we had a fantastic time mainly thanks to the people who made it super nice.
