Horribly rude management

The manager is unbelievably rude and dishonest. They have “Free WiFi” on every one of their doors but their WiFi didn’t work for my entire stay. The manager tried to charge me $20 for leaving at 11:30a even though i was previously told by a staff member that it was no problem. This hotel had almost no one staying there. The towels are stained and dirty, the bed is dirty, and the owner hates herself and everyone she comes across.

Upon arrival, the floor in our room had puddles of water, the bathtu. Was full to the top with water and overflowing, and the faucet was still dripping. The other room's bathroom was flooded.

Room was fine. The lady checking us in was talking on the phone the whole time she couldn't tell us where fast food was and the key did not work, we had to go back and get another. Writing was not clear not sure which room.

Walked in, no ac in the lobby on the hotest weekend of the year. Easy check in, asked what time pool closed, pool was "under maintenance" and not working. Went up stairs and there are just random lamps in the hallway. Room was updated from photos, however bathroom was gross, microwave has rust inside, display on AC is broken.

I’ve stayed here many times over the years that my son has attended the local university. All other times it was fine with a good breakfast. Now? The rooms were dirty, sockets didn’t work, and the breakfast was a brown banana. Never again

This might have been one of the worst hotels we've ever stayed at. Check in took forever but after instincts told me not to bring in luggage until after dinner. Returned back only to have my card not work after once working. Went down, they gave me another key. Didn't work. So staff came up and there were 2 others in our room. What a joke. Shower was nasty, room smelled like mold. Barely slept Nothing good to say

The property is very run down. The lobby is dirty and is ran by unfriendly desk clerks. We almost didn’t stay, our friends left who were traveling with us and found a different hotel. We stayed because we didn’t want to pay the cancellation fee. The beds were clean, the pillows were lumpy. There was dirt in the corners of the room and we found hair and a hair clip in the bathroom. There was only two little bars of soap and one little thing of shampoo. They do not clean the rooms or restock them daily. The pool did not have any water in it. Sometimes the toilet was very loud when flushed.

They use to have hot breakfast and now it’s just coffee & banana. Rooms are dated, tubs have the finish coming off and at least my tub was sloped and slippery. But at least they had an ice machine that worked! Won’t stay again but the price reflects what you get.
