Excellent service by Armando. Hotel is across from Naples train station, very convenient. Outside area is quite noisy but not hotels fault. Felt very safe inside hotel. Cleaning staff was amazing, very clean unit.

You can't beat the location for convenience, although it is quite noisy on the street below. However the windows are well insulated... When we arrived, we went to see if we could drop off our bags and met who I assume is a cleaning woman. She helpfully showed us where to leave our gear. We never saw another person who worked there, ever. We didn't know there was air conditioning, we didn't know how to use the black out blinds, we didn't even have anyone to whom we could turn in our key at the end of our visit. A great place to stay, but they need to have an employee on site.

Vancouverites loving Italy!

Ok … This was a HUGE PLEASANT surprise. After Ho Hum hotels in Croatia this place was 5*😀. Super slick Italian with lovely decor amenities and comfort. Very soothing and QUIET given the location a stones throw from train station! A few sketchy characters around the front door but we had no issues - even going out at night to eat nearby….it’s crazy Naples at it’s scary best!!!

Where do I begin, location was convenient for all activities right to the end even to the train station across the street. The staff was so friendly and beyond helpful even in helping get our lost luggage from the airport. You will start as a client and leave as family. Because it was available they even let us pick our room. Someone was always available with just a quick what’s app message.

A mere few minutes walk away from Napoli Centrale (although the area around the property feels a little sketchy) but overall, super convenient. Met up with the property owner outside the door after a WhatsApp call (had to tell him our approximate arrival time ahead of time) and he walked us through the keys and showed us the room we were staying in. The room was overall great. Super modern design with fancy light functions and an all-black decor. No issues with water or electricity. Knocked off a star because of a lingering marijuana smell in the towels and bedsheets.

Wonderful stay.

The hotel was excellent. We did have a small issue with our air conditioning on our first night of 3. We got it working good enough but there was a service tech the next morning and fixed it 100%. The manager really stepped up and addressed it asap. The rooms are nice and modern. The square is a bit scary with homeless and people just hanging around. We never did feel in danger but it is unsightly. We were just a few steps away from the train station and that is why we booked. The homeless is the only reason I wouldn’t give 10/10.

For the price and one night stay, it was very average, the boss(staff) was a good dude, respectful, but the two things that bothered me the most was 1. The shower door barely closes shut so the water goes over the flood and on top of that, its only like 5 minutes of warm water very low pressure, and then the ice cold water comes, that bothered me so much, and 2. is the fact that the neighborhood is horrible, I did not like it.
