The pool was the best thing about the entire stay. No complaints. The stairwell leading up to the 2nd floor had a horrible odor. Our sheets and comforters had stains on them. The sliding glass door to my room was broken, and I was worried with my kids in the room. Staff were helpful but not very friendly. Plenty of restaurants and stores in the area.

This place is INSANE. There is no elevator. I was given a room on the second floor and had to drag my suitcase up a stairwell that smelled like urine. There were two different couples screaming at each other. I called the front desk and he did come up and ask the one to please quiet down, but completely ignored the other that were absolutely going at it. My room was 80° when I entered and the thermostat didn't work. The front desk assured me that it did, but I tried to get it running and it was busted. At that point, I looked around the room and figured there was a 10% chance that room didn't have bedbugs and I got out of there. I asked ChatGPT to find me something else that was safe and clean, and it specifically told me if that's what I was looking for to avoid this place. I couldn't agree more.

Not secure,people in parking lot all night making noise.We did not feel safe.It was not very clean overall .The pool was not available.I booked this for the pool because I have arthritis.Also we needed a 50 dollar security deposit,which we didn't know about . Hopefully,we get that back .We stayed there 27 years ago for our honeymoon when it was a Ramada and it was great! 3 positives,bed was comfortable and shower and heat were great.Staff was very friendly .Needs a good cleaning and maintenance ulissues,also elevator not working .Sad to say, won't stay there again .
