Excellent hotel was clean and comfortable - great breakfast and helpful staff. It was so clean, felt like a brand new hotel. Only issue was not enough staff when checking in and out ! Overall a great stay for 2 nights, plus the hotel was only a short walk to Erlangen centre.

Night portier didn’t do anything to ask the other guest to move their EV cars even though it is their policy at the hotel that when the car is 100% charged you have to move your car. We came in late afternoon and needed to charge. Two cars was fully charged in the afternoon and was still parked at the charging space in the morning. 😡staff both night and morning was totally not able to help in any way👏👎

The room was clean, cozy and inviting. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and professional. The breakfast was absolutely amazing every day. We can't complain about anything. We recommended staying there if you're looking for a hotel close to down town Erlangen. Super close to all the shopping and dining that you could possibly ask for. Overall amazing time! They even have an opportunity to earn a free drink.

Angenehmer geht‘s nicht!

Hier hat man an alles gedacht! Die Ausstattung ist elegant, praktisch und durchdacht. Das Bett unheimlich bequem. Die schallisolierten Zimmer himmlisch ruhig. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl im Hotel, vor allem wegen des ausgefallen freundlichen, kompetenten und hilfsbereiten Personals. Unbedingt zu empfehlen!

Ich übernachte häufiger in der Hotelkette, da ich das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis als sehr gut empfinde. In Erlangen war mir aufgefallen das das Frühstück, insbesondere die Brötchenauswahl und Qualität besser war, als sonst. Auch sonst war das Frühstück vielfältiger. Sehr gut fand ich auch das man sich Kaffee und Tee über den Tag for free am Kaffeeautomaten holen konnte. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

In Tropennächten sehr zu empfehlen

… denn die Klimaanlage funktionierte super und war gut zu regeln. Das Frühstück ist unter Budget-Hotels sowieso unübertroffen und man kann draußen sitzen. Bad und Betten ok, nur unser Familienzimmer war sehr klein, aber ruhig. Wenn man auf die Reinigung verzichtet, gibt es ein Freigetränk, aber nur noch ein kleines… sonst ein paar Beanstandungen, Bettlicht und Safe defekt, Toilettenspülung hakte ab und zu. Sehr netter Service…

Viivyimme hotellissa 5 päivää, tapasimme perhettä ja osallistuimme häihin. Huoneessa oli vain yksi hylly vaatteille ja neljä henkaria. Safety boxin paristorasiasta puuttui kansi. Tullessamme huoneen lämpötila oli 19 astetta ja puhallusta emme saaneet säädettyä pienemmälle, se joko puhalsi täysillä tai oli pakko laittaa kokonaan kiinni.Baarista ei aina saanut drinkkejä, jos baarimikkoa ei ollut paikalla, vain viiniä tai olutta. Eikä hän aina ollut vaikka baari oli auki.Myös kortilla sai maksaa juomat vain jos baarimikko oli paikalla. Aamiaisella haarukat, veitset ja lusikat olivat aina loppu. Hotellin sijainti oli hyvä, aivan keskustan kupeessa.
