We were very impressed with the staff in welcoming us from the valet to the front desk. Once we toured the property my wife and I were amazed at what a great vibe the hotel had. The bars were well stocked and the bartender Justin was very attentive to what we asked for. We also ate dinner at the bar and the chef brought our steak to us personally. We will definitely be back!

The room was clean and spacious. I had a great view of downtown and The Tower of Americas. Every room has a balcony to relax on. It was in a great walking location to most areas with plenty of nice restaurants around. The pool was heaven and the food and drinks at Anaqua bar were so good! When arriving check in was smooth and easy. The staff is so enjoyable, everyone was so kind and helpful. Secondly the room was clean, and the bathroom as well! Which is something I am constantly worried about, so it was a relief to be able to relax knowing our environment was clean. Thirdly I'm not sure what scents the hotel uses throughout, but everywhere we went smelt so lovely. We will definitely be returning! Thank you all.
