This is our second stay at Aurora Premiun. The staff are absolutely wonderful and always welcome you with a smile. Rooms are modern and clean. The hotel location is in the Old Quarter, so easy to walk to the lake and other sites. We loved our stay at Aurora!

Probably the best hotel I stayed at I'm Vietnam. Rooms are very modern, very clean and staff was excellent. I love the views in the morning during breakfast sadly I didn't like the breakfast and no many vegetarian options but other than that it's perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel over other ones are the same price range

Hotels staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. Most impressed by the front desk officer Justen who is exceptional ! Apart from speaking excellent English, he is most professional, sincere and proactive in offering help. Excellent location right in the middle of the old quarter. Everything is within walkable distance. Rooms were clean and functional. Literally every single staff member was friendly and helpful. Especially those at the front desk such as Justin, Jay and the ladies. If i were forced to nitpick, the TV system runs on an attached android box which is laggy and hangs often.But that is an absolutely negligible negative for an otherwise excellent hotel.

Property was excellent overall. On our return stay we appreciated staying in an updated executive room on the second floor - better view and layout. Also liked personal touches eg. welcome back note and fruit platter. Maybe some more eco-friendly methods could be put in place eg: glass water bottles, a take as you need toiletries bar in the reception area rather than having multiple toothbrushes, combs etc in your room. Include a clearly labeled bin for recyclables in each room. Comfort and cleanliness was of a very high standard. Very friendly, approachable staff.

Excellent first impression of property: beautiful decor - clean and bright, very welcoming staff. Breakfast was plentiful and offered a good variety (cold and cooked) to suit many tastes. We liked the ‘cooked to order’ menu in particular. We also valued the suggestions staff offered at breakfast as to how we could spend our day eg sightseeing options, transport, opening hours at museums etc. Our room was lovely - very clean, comfortable bed, well appointed bathroom.

Nice and quiet hotel in the middle of the busy street within walkable distance from shops. Staff is very nice and courteous. Only wish that the room was a bit roomier.
