They put the same pictures for all types of rooms on Expedia (and I am sure everywhere else). So, what you see is NOT what you get. This is a DECEIVING practice. When I tried to fix the problem, they assured me that Expedia does not let them choose proper pictures (which is total BS!) When I asked what the manager’s name was, so I’d like to talk to them, the staff member Fabrice wouldn’t give me their name and kept saying that they were busy. I spent probably 2 hours trying to fix this issue with them and Expedia. I ended up moving to a higher-level apartment and paid $180 more for it, which was a rip-off. If I hadn’t just come from a long flight, I’d have just cancelled them (Expedia was kind enough to offer that option to me) and gone to a different place. On top of it, they charged me twice as much for the city taxes!
The only friendly person there was Ajmeer, who tried to help, but it still didn’t work out well for me. So, I would recommend staying away from this chain as far as possible! Overall, I had a horrible experience with them.
