the only thing about my stay was that I had to constantly ask for towels the bathroom floor was not clean and there was no blankets on the bed had to go to front desk every time i needed towels and the dirty towels were never picked up out of room i was told just to throw them in the hall someone will pick them up sooner or later never will stay in this hotel again

When we went to check in no one was at the desk for 30 minutes. She was out talking to her friends by the pool and smoking. The shower door would not stay closed . I had to hold it closed while I tried to shower. The shower had mold around the edges

Danisha was wonderful, from taking my call ahead of time to request a close room to allowing us to check in early. The stay was good. Yes, it is dated and has a couple issues, but you could see that new stuff was ordered for the room and a tile guy was there. The only real complaint was the room was damp. However to their defense it was 78% humidity outside. Maybe some gluten-free options for breakfast

A fuir

Sale. Poussières poussées dans les coins. J’ai retrouvé une frite par terre, élastique et poussières, cheveux dans la salle de bain. Une serviette avait un amas de poussières dessus. Chambre donnant sur la piscine comme si vous étiez dans l’eau aussi. Vous ouvrez le rideau vous êtes avec les gens directement )Du coup super bruyant jusque 22h (la fermeture de la piscine). Rien d’un Radisson (pour les français). C est un motel.

Check in and staff were awesome! Room was very clean to my liking, The only thing I'd say pay attention to would be the shears they might need to be washed from being dragged from opening to closing. The breakfast was included and it had a variety which I appreciate it, and the front area was also clean and it had a very pleasant smell throughout the building.

They have a free breakfast with lots of options and they keep it full. The pool areas need more attention. The doors leading into pool area were having issues and couldn’t be opened with room keys Good location- lots of convenience with restaurants and shopping

The room and amenities were fantastic. The breakfast provided was a very good variety which even provided protein. Even though it is located next to an expressway it was quiet, although the heating unit was a little noisy, but consistent, almost like white noise. I would definitely stay there again.

Hotel room was quiet. Pool area could have been cleaner. Had to go down to front desk to get linen for the pull out sofa. If the hotel is counting the pull out as a bed, linens should be available in room.

The staff were very friendly & helpful. The pool, hot tub & dining area were nice. The curtains could use a washing.Be sure to take hand soap & shampoo because it wasn't provided.

Spend more money and go somewhere else

If there was a zero this hotel would be a zero. We came here pre covid and it was just as bad. They are trying to update the look in some of the rooms but the entire facility is gross (beyond dirty) and under managed. To top it off I found a fake fingernail stuck to the comforter when we woke up yuck!

Property run down and dirty. Pool area was dirty had dirty diaper on the ground and hair all over. Room had blood or something on the curtain. Area around hotel was not very nice. Did not feel safe there. Would not stay there again.

Everything was great, the services was amazing from the moment we walk in the door. The pool was clean and the hot tub was amazing. Only problem we had was our key cards had to be change twice because they stop working. My family enjoy our stay and if we are ever back in town this is we’re planing to stay.
