Pool is empty, breakfast minimal, our room was pretty rough and been abused by previous guests. Bed was amazing! So comfortable. We got what we needed, good nights sleep and a soak in the tub. All is good.

It was ok. Front desk person when i checked in eas kinda rude. Had a dry sense of humor but was ok. Didnt have to much more interaction after that. But there was 1/2 bottle of used shampoo in my bathroom. Of the ones the hotel is supposed to provide. I wont be staying there again.

In my inconvenience at having to stay at a hotel due to home repairs. My experience at the Comfort INN has been welcoming. Most of this new staff is very pleasant. I had a few hiccups regarding a issue with my mother about breakfast which was resolved but at the end of it's about respecting you and making sure to keep the property clean which is expected. ping prop

Did not use the pool - but saw a sign saying it was not heated. At first glance, room appeared to be good. However, i first noticed full-length mirror was very smudged, most likely from a child. In the bathroom, several long strands of hair were dangling from the hairdryer which was positioned at my face level next to sink. The room had 2 queen beds even though i was traveling alone. When i pulled back the covers of one bed, there were cookie(?) crumbs; pulling covers back further revealed more crumbs. Other bed seemed okay, but when i went to check under the mattress edge for bedbugs, the space between mattress and wall was filthy (no bugs). It was almost midnight, so i pushed mattress further towards wall and made do. I took photos that night. The next day, the manager/owner? took a look at my photos and immediately went to remedy my concerns. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired but front desk staff was exceptional.

Cheap, mostly clean, with friendly staff. Run down a bit, holes in door frames, older place. That is okay by us, we just need a clean safe place. Sheets, beds, floors all clean. Shower grout however was moldy, curtain was mildewy, and the mirror didnt look like it had been cleaned in weeks. Pool is not heated and therefore closed all winter. Expedia asked for my hottub review, but if they had one it's also closed. Breakfast was mostly gone and wasnt refilled very timely, so we didn't bother. Good location by the highway, plenty of well lit parking for cars and semis, amenities near by. It works for the price.

Rooms were disgusting, manager was unkind and unprofessional, I would never recommend going here to anyone. Even the check in staff told me to never bring my kids here. When we checked in the rooms we found oiled hand prints on the head board. Food crumbs on the chairs and floor and bugs on the floor. Pool was closed and that was the entire reason we booked was to swim.

The pool was closed, which is one of the reasons we chose this hotel. The faucet in the room was just trickling, so we had to use the tub to even wash our hands. The tub and the sink also had mold. The breakfast was good.

I’ll start with the positive- Pros- the person checking us in was friendly & welcoming. We arrived late after a 6 hour drive so we called ahead to make sure he knew we were arriving late. He assured us all was good & we would be fine checking in later than usual. The breakfast was unusually good for a continental breakfast. The beds were comfortable. Cons- The room is in need of some updates. The desk chair upholstery was peeling & cracked. The shower was in poor condition with cracks & floor mat full of possibly rust on the underside? Either that or something was wrong with the floor of the tub. I didn’t bother to pull up the mat to investigate. The window was leaking air on the bottom, I could feel a cold breeze coming in. I’m not sure if that’s where the overwhelming smell of marijuana was coming from or if someone was smoking in their room but it made me nauseous. I’m not one who cares if others indulge in that but I can’t stand the smell of it. We also had kids in the next room giggling loudly while we were trying to go to sleep. That bothered me the least though because it sounded like they were having fun. It was a warm place to rest our heads but I will most likely avoid a Comfort Inn from now on based on this experience.
