We didn't like the bedroom on the ground floor with no privacy but the staff was very attentive and offered another room. Great location. There was a grocery store right across the street. Only a ten minute walk to the main market square. Rooms very clean and tidy. Black out curtains were a god send! Nice to have pool access during a city break. Was very hot while we were there and whilst the air conditioning was nice, it would have been nice if it was a little more powerful. Loved the free water fountains. Saved us a lot of money on bottled water. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Bruges
