The neighborhood or hotel (not sure which) was pretty loud till 10 pm on a Friday, but the fan was steady and loud enough to drown it out so we slept ok. Property in disrepair no hot water heater broken didnt work bed spreads flthy shower curtain rod ripped off wall tacked up tried to cover with curtain not attached staff very nice however i would not ever book again there location was perfect for us surrounding area lovely all and all i give it a 1 or 2 at best im being kind
