We booked Fast East Village as is was close to the cruise terminal and so easy to get into Tokyo central. The hotel is soooo clean, has really big sized rooms and such lovely staff. Would deffo recommend for cruise travellers looking to stay extra nights in Tokyo.

Solo Traveller: Great Experience.
Had a great time. The area feels relatively new and not crowded at all. Has a nearby mall and supermarket as well. 100% recommend.

Simple group style hotel with easy access to transport links to shopping malls, restaurants, and some geeky tourist attractions. The early free shuttle to the metro was handy. The “welcome drink” was less than other hotels that offered this service, but the staff overall were helpful, especially with storing luggage.

Stayed here for a show at Tokyo Garden Theater. You'd be hard-pressed to find a more affordable and convenient option; the theater is just a short walk away.
Also, if you're self-conscious about your Japanese skills, the hotel has fully self-service check-in and check-out options!

Wonderful hotel! Would definitely stay again!
Staff was very helpful and provided great customer service. The room was small but clean with all necessary amenities. The location was great and close to train and bus stops and markets. The only issue was the laundry machine would not open at the end of the cycle so staff had to come put it a code to open the door. My clothes were still damp so I had to hang dry in my room.

The rooms were very small and we were on a tour and stayed back an extra day , so booked a room that was bigger that we couldnt get due to the hotel wanting us to check out then re check in later in the day.
the breakfast was not very good for simple cereal or toast.

The room is tiny, but that seems to be standard in Toyko. Generally clean, tidy and very helpful staff. Will stay again

Super close to the metro/busses near by. They also had a shopping center with tons of restaurants only a 5 minute walk away.

The self check in wasted my time. Why do I have to do the hotel receptionist’s job and check myself in? Not at the rate per night I’m paying, I don’t.

Staff was very helpful in ordering us a taxi and later helping us retrieve a valuable item left in the taxi.
As a location to go to Tokyo Disney Resort it worked perfectly fine. If I were visiting Tokyo as a tourist I might pick another location that had more restaurants and shops nearby, but very close to the train station. There was 1 piece of carpet that was easy to lift, but room was very clean.
