HORRIBLE

This was the most terrible place to stay. Avoid it!!! I checked in (we were two people) and discovered that we don’t have bath towels. I went to front desk to ask for them. The woman replied that she is now sure of there are any more in the laundry. Seriously? Then she said that she will try to find some. I had to go to bed because of early morning work next day, then I called front desk and she replied the same exact thing after 10-15 minutes of waiting. Then finally in half hour a man came with just one towel. That is ridiculous! Is this USA or a third world country in Africa? I travel around the world and never had anywhere else something like that. So we had to share one towel for two adults to go to shower. Additionally pillows are like a toy pillows for a baby house. They are all stuffed like toys animals and are only about 40cm in length and weird shapes, not a round, not a square, not a rectangular, but everything in between. Lastly,my room was next to the lobby is the worst. So much noise, they have no soundproof! Just avoid this place.

Not so cleanly

Towels that were in the room for 2 people to use mind you, we had to use towels from our room for the pool.

Not the place to stay.

This hotel is the last hotel I’ll stay at. Not clean at all! Used stop in the bathroom. Clumps of hair in the hallways. 2 half rolls o toilet paper in the bathroom. 12 x 12” pillows on the bed.

Not family friendly

The only good thing was the nice man who worked the breakfast. Families were living in the hotel, the floors were sticky, the rooms were so dirty we didn’t even bring in our luggage. Our toilet didn’t work and they didn’t change our room. Only stayed one night and asked for refund of second night.

Cleanliness was a 0/10. Did not clean the toilet, the mirror, or have any soap/shampoo/conditioner in bathroom. Mattresses were disgusting and beds were poorly made. Overall hotel needs upgrading and much better cleaning. Have experienced better 2.5 star places. This has been the worst.

The service was very nice and the sleep was comfortable, I also enjoyed having the ability to operate the AC unit. The bathroom was rough and there were spiders and flies around.

Just don't.

The bedding looked clean but that was the only thing clean in that hotel. Roaches in the bathroom when we woke up. Pubes and dry soap bubbles on the wall of the shower. The toilet wasn't even bolted to the floor. Front desk said they were the best hotel in the area which I feel is a stretch. They told me to contact hotels.com to get a refund but I paid at the hotel, not through hotels.com. Kids were hanging out the window yelling at people in the parking lot. People smoking near the entrance.

Website stated it had an elevator, which it didnot , i asked for first floor room , after noticing the stairs no accommodations, called to tell them i was out of toliet paper and towels the 2 days i stayed noone brought me the stuff, found lots of trash in couch and it was dirty, the waffle guy was nice and friendly made trip a lil better

Dirty Room(s)

The room was absolutely filthy. The bed appeared slept in, no blankets, debris on the floor, plaster coming down, dust all over the night stand and dresser - like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. I went to the front desk and requested a new room. The second room was equally filthy. I left the key card on the dresser and left the property. Never again.

The rooms were disgusting, blood on the sheets and when asked for a fresh set, they never brought them. Roaches in the rooms . Horrible stay. I asked for a refund and was denied. That was my last time coming to this establishment.

There were holes in walls, broken doors, falling curtains, no toilet paper or kleenex. Worst of all, cockroaches on the walls. The place was dirty and the staff were non- existsnt and overworked (one lady doing it all at the front desk.)
