The room was clean & comfortable. The checking in took long that normal. If the woman was new to the job, then a please be patience sign should have been on the desk. The access key to the room was the worst. It took four trips to the desk to have that corrected. Other clients had the same problems.

The building itself is outdated, however the rooms are modern and mostly clean. The tub was a bit dirty but the rest was well taken care of. The e transfer lock was broken, and our room had no pho e. Our room had a door that was poorly sealed that led to an adjoining room. The lock on this door didnt work. The people staying in the adjoining room were smoking pot and it seemed into our room all night. My husband had to go down to reception to let them know as we had no phone, the receptionist said she would tell them to stop and then call us but again we had no phone. We did not hear anyone call or go to their room and at one point they switched to cigarettes and it also smelled up our room. Having young kids with us this was no ideal. Will not stay again and probably not recommend.
