We had a very comfortable stay, 2 adults 2 teenagers- comfortable beds, v v clean everywhere, there was everything we needed including a different-sized pillow than what was usually on offer - the staff clearly made a real effort to look after our needs. The hotel is well located in a very nice area, close to the lake and to the historic center, the rooms are big and comfortable. It is small but very clean. Service was very good and the breakfast was very good. It is easy to get public transportation between the hotel and the airport or the train station.

The hotel is somewhat dated and needs modernisation especially the rooms. The kitchen facilities in the room are quite poor and no microwave. Room size is reasonable and has good choice of TV Channels. Breakfast choice was limited but adequate and good.
