This hotel could be perfect - it has clean rooms, good location, good amenities, nice look about the place. However, despite staying here over 4 nights and on 2 different occasions, not once did I see anyone at reception. I checked in during the early hours of the morning, for my first stay, due to a very delayed flight. I specifically asked beforehand was there likely to be someone on reception, I was informed that it was 24 hours a day, yet I had to wait for 5 minutes and constantly ring the bell to get access on my first night. I also, during my stay, wanted to ask questions to help me with navigating Tirana, but no one was ever at reception, so it was a complete waste of time. One last thing, it's only a small thing, but really annoying - the toiletries for the bathroom are small sachets, that take a lot of work to open. Just provide normal toiletries, please, in bottles so it's not annoying.

Had a lovely stay. The hotel room was clean, it was easy to check in. The veranda has a cool view of the sunset and the air conditioning was quite helpful especially in July peak summer. The staff was helpful. One thing I'd note down for the next stay is to rent a car in advance as the hotel's location is quite a distance and it can be tricky navigating around.

Excellent stay. Great secure underground parking. Room was modern, clean and very comfortable with a large king size bed. Staff were so friendly and helpful. We very much appreciate the advice for the walk around the close by lake and alternative route to the airport.
