I'm usually a loyal Hilton person, so it disappoints me to have to write this review. We had multiple issues during our stay, and had trouble getting them resolved. The sink wouldn't drain. We reported it at 8 am. We came back at 6 pm, and they didn't know if anyone had worked on it or not. They asked us to check and call down if we still needed it unclogged. We went up, and it wasn't working. We tried to call down, but the phone wasn't working either. So, we trudged back down to tell them the sink was still clogged. They said they'd look into it. We waited around for a while, and no one came, so we started taking showers after a long day of hiking - and then someone came. We told them to come tomorrow morning. It was after 7 pm by then, and we were exhausted. The next day, we reminded the front desk on the way out, then, while we were out, I checked on the sink issue. And they said they can't do anything about it because we have toiletries on the sink. We had a couple of small bottles, nothing more. We were over 100 miles away, so we couldn't run back and move them, so again they didn't unclog the sink, nor did they fix the phone as we had requested. Also, the AC unit smelled like dirty socks. The whole room was a big disappointment, and getting service was nearly impossible. They did offer to switch rooms halfway through our stay, but we didn't want the hassle - we just wanted things fixed, and it seems that wasn't at all possible.
