The hotel staff were very friendly and delivered a high level of customer service. The location was excellent for walking, access to bus and subway stations. I would definitely recommend this hotel. If you haven’t been to Seoul or the east be prepared for a different type of breakfast at the hotel. They do have bacon, sausage and eggs but also cater to the Asian clientele. There are also so many great bakery and coffee shops within walking distance.

The towels appeared quite worn and aged, the shower was partially broken, and the TV channels were not functioning properly. This hotel is in an excellent location, with all three palaces within easy reach, along with numerous local restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Getting around Seoul by taxi was also very convenient. Every staff member, including the housekeeping team, was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Seoul!

The room was big and perfect for a family with young kids. Bunk beds and a very large king size bed. The main area had a dining table and sink which was perfect for getting some yoghurt, fresh fruit and veggies into the kids at breakfast, when there's nothing else really open. Great central location, without being too busy like Myeongdong, made it really easy and affordable with young kids to get around by car. The staff were really friendly and always accommodating
