Furniture was old floors and bathroom were dirty. There was Cheeto cheese puffs under the bed. The air conditioning kept going on and off the hallway, smelled like people were vaping, even though it was a not smoking floor on the elevator I couldn’t read the numbers on the buttons to push what floor you wanted to go wasn’t that great of an experience was disappointed

A very dirty place, very dirty beds, they went to my room to clean and stole the Nintendo switch 2. I told the manager and he told me that they are not responsible for lost items, and that the cameras are useless. At the same time another guest arrived and told him that his backpack was not there and they told him the same thing.

The breakfast was different from other Quality Inns and no one explained the vouchers or that they brought out the hot foods to your table. Also, it was disappointing that the one night we didn’t have plans to go out was the night the restaurant was closed and there weren’t a lot of options close by. Inside the hotel was fine, but the parking lot and surrounding areas were very industrial and didn’t always feel safe.
