It is a room in an apartment. It does not have a private entry. The key for the apartment, subdivided into 4 rooms, was kept in a box outside the apartment... difficult to find because the video sent with instructions doesn’t mention it. So you don’t have a private key to the place. The only thing that was truly clean was the bed, the sheets and the towels. Otherwise, the baseboards around the room were dark with dust that has never been cleaned, there was mold behind the sink in the room, the toilet was dirty and there was a missing glass pane in the bathroom making it feel like an oven due to the heat outside [though i have to say the property manager sent someone to fix that quickly]
The door to the room wasn't sealed properly either, at night you could see the light from the hallway on 3 sides of the door coming through into the room. There was mold around the floor of the shower and the door to the bathroom was really a half-door in width, the bathroom was that tiny. The seating area consisted of ONE foldable chair ... where i had my suitcase.. it should be advertised as a private room in an apartment and not as a private studio.
