Location is a positive and negative. Central to all retail, dining and UNOH college options but this hotel borders (2) main thoroughfares and the railroad tracks which are active. If you're a light sleeper this is not the hotel for you. Rooms were fairly clean, beds and bedding were comfortable. The bathroom however needs to be gutted - old, dingy, dirty. Paint is peeling, walls were discolored. Mixed bag on what you're getting for fellow guests - traveling construction workers and families with young rambunctious kids that love to jump off the beds and run across the floors at all hours. Ask for the top floor. Staff has always been polite, professional and accommodating. Breakfast is edible but not the greatest - powdered eggs, oatmeal, yogurt, waffles.
