This boutique hotel is very cute and decorated in an innovative way to mesh an older building with a modern aesthetic. The room was clean and in an excellent location which felt safe and was easily walkable to many restaurants and attractions. The only two improvements that could be made was that our shower stall drained very slowly, resulting in it flooding. Also, our king bed was two twins pushed together and there was a large gap between that couldn’t be eliminated which made the sleeping arrangement less than ideal for my husband and I.

The property individuals were amazing. My only gripe was the smell of food once you leave hits you. Some of the foods are amazing, some not so much. But great hospitality and will recommend them 101 times out of 100.

Everything in this place is broken. The water faucets, the locks on the door, the blinds. There is only a sky light and no other windows. The motorized blind is broken so you have no natural light. The staff is very rude and unhelpful. It is the nosiest hotel I’ve ever been in. You hear music from a neighbouring establishment until 2:00am even on Monday. It is run down and not like the pictures. The bed is extremely uncomfortable, as are the pillows. I would not recommend that anyone stay here.

Honestly, I can't speak for the other rooms, but we were upgraded to their private room on the top floor, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The AC was extremely noisy, the room wasn’t soundproof at all, and there was an unpleasant smell that came and went throughout our stay. They didn’t have another room available for us that night but offered to move us for the second night. In the end, we decided to book another hotel for both nights, as we didn’t want the hassle, and ended up not staying with them at all.

It was my first time in Athens, Greece. I was warmly welcomed by the staff. It is a beautiful boutique Hotel. It is well maintained and inviting, the decor and the art displayed is about greece if you really look at the paintings. It is in the centre of Athens, food, artists, and much more. Thank you to all the staff, you made my stay so enjoyable. The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. You want a safe, clean and enjoyable stay, I highly recommend Noma Hotel.
