Pros:The beds were comfortable, everything close by- ALWAYS HAD HOT WATER!!! Great housekeeping!!! Cons: The noise from the street is loud, very minimal in all aspects- with just a few changes this hotel could be magical Things they could improve: give me more towels- hand towel, face towel, a mat to step on when I get out of the shower, a cup for water to brush teeth, a shelf to put stuff next to the sink- space too small, a place to hang towels to dry- a hook, they only gave soap- consider giving shampoo/conditioner. All the little extras would make this place way better! It's OK but nothing out of this world. They were constantly worried if I was going to lose the key- get a voucher to cover this from the beginning- easy fix. Add a rug between the beds to avoid stepping on cold floor! Little things make a world of difference.

Tiene muchisimo por mejorar

SI TE GUSTA: la regadera llena de hongos, la habitación diminuta y agobiante, pagar 3veces más por algo que no lo vale en absoluto, que de la cocina del restaurante salga musica cumbia a todo volumen a las 8am mientras tu duermes, que 3 personas diferentes te hagan el check in y no saber ni con quien estas hablando, que el que esta en el check Out te despida totalmente sin tapabocas en tiempos de pandemia mundial, que no cierre la ventana de la habitación y se escuche absolutamente todo lo que habla la gente cuando entra y sale y las conversaciones ajenas sean parte de tu no descanso, que según llegando te adviertan que si tiene una mancha la sabana se te cobrará pero segun "estrenas" la habitacion ves la cama llena de manchas, Un perchero dentro del diminuto cuarto pero SIN perchas o ganchos, Que se sienta y huela la humedad en la habitación:SI TE GUSTA TODO ESO, ES TU SITIO! Eso si, te dan un desayuno basico pero rico que va junto con lo que pagas de habitación. Frijoles negros, huevo, cafe y tortillas. Se agradece. Internet muy malo. Bien ubicado en el centro de la ciudad pero como el 85% de hospedajes que hay en San Cris. Personal cercano y dispuesto a servir pero olvidando lo profesional. Te viene bien, si tú estas acostumbrado a eso... Hay sitios mejores, cuidados, limpios y con mas profesionalismo. Yo no lo recomendaria a nadie que conociera y por supuesto, no volvería. Tiene bastantes areas de oportunidad a mejorar.
