It was the best stay of my life. The room was clean and had a different style. The hotel is literally in the center. I literally had zero problem on my 2 night stay and also all the receptionists were very kind. Also adored the most charming dog in the reception. I would dedinitely stay there if I visit bologne again.

A lovely period property in a historic and beautiful area. I would prefer to have a 24 hour reception - but that would increase the price. The room was big - but rather impersonal. Television too big and imposing. Curtains very depressing. Interior design could be softer and have more taste. Lighting - not pleasant. Reading light would be useful. Bathroom is nice. Breakfast room useful.

This was a lovely modern conversion of an old building really nicely appointed. Slightly unfortunate that the only natural light was from skylights, there were no windows to look out of or to open. The staff were wonderful and their communication (via whatsapp) was excellent. I'd stay there again

Fab place!

Great accommodation with good facilities (including a shared kitchen and small seating area) and in a brilliant location too - about a 5 minute walk to Piazza Maggiore. Our check in process was straightforward and the team were very helpful and communication was great. I would really recommend staying here and would stay again. Thanks!

2/10 Poor

I had a horrible experience because the walls are so thin and you can hear everything from next room. I liked the hotel, it’s very stylish but when I got 3 college students next door, who were talking loudly and it felt like they are in my room. Management couldn’t do anything and I had to change the hotel in the morning. The manager apologized but I didn’t get a refund for 2 unused nights. So I would not recommend this hotel unless they do soundproofing, right now your stay would depend on your neighbors. What a shame.

Prize-worthy hotel! Perfect for friends-trip!

A little wonderful hotel!! Service so nice and simple! Clean room with towels and soap etc. Even a little espresso machine on the room with very good espresso and a little fridge with water bottles. Nice air conditioning. Very central in Bologna, close to eveything. Prize-worthy. Also easy communication via whats-app!

This hotel was absolutely fantastic. The location is down a quiet side street, but right in the heart of Bologna and a 2 miniwalk to Piazza Maggiore. We arrived around 2 pm and our room was ready so we could check in early. The woman on reception was very friendly and helpful and spoke great English. The room was large and clean with everything you need. The only tiny negatives were the shower was a bit erratic and the walls were thin, but overall this hotel is absolutely great.

This has to be the strangest room ive stayed in. I booked at spa room and it had what appeared to be a sauna steam room but no instruction on how to use it or if it was to be used. It felt like there was an unusable room inside my room. It actuality looked like a 2 tombs. Odd, also the ac was not working the last night. Location was great but thats all that i enjoyed from this room. The staff was friendly but due to my arrival time i never interacted with them in person.

This place was so spacious and conveniently located right in the heart of Balogna, walking distance to everything. The artwork and decor is fabulous and the room accommodations were everything we needed. We did have a little issue with our ac not being on but my daughter was able to get on a chair and turn it on. Shower was nice and hot, loved all the mirrors and outlets. Had a mini fridge and coffee station which was great although I couldn’t figure out how to make it work (my daughter made one and it worked but then it wouldn’t make a second one so I’m not sure what was happening but it’s all good. Espressos are accessible all over the city for cheap so it was no big deal. The beds were very comfortable with memory foam mattress. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

To begin, this is not a hotel or inn. It is more of an Airbnb without the kitchen inside. We did get there earl with car and bags. No one answered door.They are very clear they open at 3, but we were hoping to put our suitcases in and go. The Receptionist did respond through Whats App. Luckily we use that. She was on her way. She was kind and very helpful. She even got us in our room earlier. The facility is artsy and interesting. You must have your own combo to enter. Parking is a 15 min walk. You cannot drop or roll bags to this place. Do not bring your car. Do not bring big luggage. We are gone for weeks, so this is what we had. Finally, no internet. Not great and it was never fixed. We needed to check back at home. Cranking your own wheel is how this place works. Not a hotel with major reception. And way too much to figure out on our own. Again, we used an app for that part too and we are in our 50’s. Room was bare but fine.

Even though there it a front desk, the property is highly responsive and communicative. It is a very quiet property which is very nice in the midst of this very busy city. If you are quiet and you like quiet this is the place for you.

The hotel is in a great position and really convenient for exploring the centre of Bologna. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. The room was comfortable but maybe a little 'tired' in terms of decoration and maintenance. Nice comfortable bed and lovely toiletries.

Perfect Bologna Boutique Hotel

This is a perfect little boutique hotel very close to the old town. Walkable to everything. The room was very comfortable with memory foam mattress. Taxi was able to drop us off and pick us up right at the front door. Nespresso maker in the room and two free water bottles. Recommend highly for easy going travelers.
