The room was clean and the perfect size and set up for our group. Our only frustration was runnng out of hot water and the people above us sounded like they were jumping off the bed for hours. I would stay there again. We were able to walk to the Salt Palace convention center, City Creek and the Clark Planetarium. Delta center was right there also. Super convenient. Breakfast was excellent.

To be honest, we were reading some reviews on our way down to Utah and we got a little concerned. I don’t know where the other people were staying at the hotel, but our room was very pleasant and was exactly looked like the pictures that the hotel provided. The breakfast was good. The rooms were clean. The water was hot. We did have some issues with parking one night, but no biggie. The other issue that people talk about is the homelessness problem but that is in all of downtown Salt Lake. We found the staff extremely helpful and attentive to our needs. And to be honest, I would stay here with my family again.

The breakfast was your typical food service breakfast, but what do you expect included in the price of the room? Parking worked for us, but it is an additional cost per vehicle per night.
