My stay at this property was incredibly disappointing and far from what was advertised. The room lacked basic cleanliness and maintenance; I found bugs on the toilet, the windows and window sheets were filthy, and the lamp shades were lopsided and poorly kept. The check-in process was equally frustrating, as I was given incorrect information regarding parking—specifically that you do not actually have to park at the Marriott as they claimed. To make matters worse, management refused to offer a refund despite these clear issues. I would not recommend staying here, as the lack of hygiene and poor customer service made for a very unpleasant

The views are amazing. The pictures look just as advised online. However, the rooms and space were not cleaned. There were spots on the couch and hair just about everywhere. The bed sheets were not not clean. I found hair throughout the sheets and the bedding had and odor. There wasn't any hand soap in the 1/2 bathroom. Both bathrooms had one ply tissue paper. The floor titles are stained and cracked in other places. I asked for additional towels and they were left in a trash bag at the door. Due to construction being done at this location, I had to use 3 different elevators to access my unit.

The room was not as advertised. It did not accommodate two adults and three kids. The building is terrible and not safe! You have to go through back hallways to access your room. Do not take your family there. I was not able to access my room after the first night and they have yet to refund any of my money. Terrible place! This building was under construction. It took forever to get up and down. No pool as it was being renovated. Hot tub is the best ever. The apartment was comfortable but very bare. Not enough towels and they were fairly old. No point of contact. I’ve been to the Grand often and this was not their top accommodations. Valet parking took some time. Overall though perfect for a short stay.
