Hugo was awesome, we loved the breakfast and Anwar’s service, thankful for the American plug and nespresso machine in our room. Also, the gentleman that came to fix our shower drain was so friendly and solved our problem quickly! Thankful for the turndown service and how quiet the hotel was. Upon our arrival, we were informed that our room had been upgraded. However, upon entering the room, we discovered that a beauty salon had rented the adjacent room. To our dismay, starting from 6AM the following morning, we endured continuous noise from drilling and furniture being moved, which made it impossible for us to get any sleep. Furthermore, we encountered a significant inconvenience due to the absence of a ramp or elevator to assist us in carrying our luggage, as there were numerous steps from the street leading up to the lobby.
