We enjoyed our stay at this NH hotel. It’s conveniently located and has a lot of dining and shopping options in walking distance. The bar next door is great and always a good spot. Cleaning is careful and quick. The fitness center is an absolute joke - don’t consider it a fitness center or gym or anything close to it.

Exploring Berlin by e-bike was amazing! I rode for two hours and explored much of the city. We loved our huge room, we had a suite and the sleeper sofa was comfy. The area was the best in Berlin and accessible. I would stay here again.

My family have just returned from a lovely stay in Berlin. The hotel staff were kind, polite and very helpful. We stayed here with our children aged 7 and 4 and the staff were kind giving our children a carton of juice every morning at breakfast to take away with them. When checking out the children received a hotel duck which they loved. The hotel room was clean and had everything we needed for a stay with children. The hotel is a few minutes walk to two train stations, one which takes you direct to the airport and takes about an hour, but you get ti see the sights of Berlin. There is plenty of lovely restaurants around and a great place for shopping. I’d highly recommend this hotel for families, we would definitely come back. Thank you for having us

Fine, but not more than that.

It is a nice, clean hotel in central western Berlin. Friendly staff. Very close to the train station, which is a plus, or minus if you suffer from noise (mainly external rooms). Windows do not block sounds, so once people sit in the internal garden, you hear everything. We were there at the end of October, but the weather was very warm (19 C.) and the air conditioning was already set to warm only. One of the main reasons for us choosing the hotel was that it was a bad choice.

NH Berlin Ku-damm

Good location and nice staff in reception but no real cleaning of the room, which we contacted the reception about several times during our stay. We had a reservation for five nights and the floor was not cleaned, nor the bath, the tables and our used cups and glasses neither and no refill was done, despite us asking for it. So the room felt very dirty which affected our stay in a bad way, we were quite disappointed.

Die Unterkunft war super. Wir hatten eine Junior Suite, die großzügig und geräumig war. Das Badezimmer hätte etwas größer sein können, es war ziemlich eng, aber man hatte alles was man brauchte. Da personal, das uns bediente war sehr freundlich. Toll fand ich auch die Candy Bar in der Hotel Lounge. Das habe ich das erste mal so gesehen. Das Parkhaus ist toll am Hotel gelegen, aber insgesamt war es ziemlich eng. Die Auf- und Abfahrten zu den Parkdecks waren sehr schmal, sodass man schnell mit dem Reifen an den Bordstein dran kam. Das Parkhaus ist für größere PKW nicht besonders gut geeignet, es sei denn man parkt direkt auf dem ersten Parkdeck. Aber insgesamt ist es ein tolles und empfehlenswertes Hotel.

Wir waren für zwei Nächte über das Wochenende im NH Hotel Ku’damm und insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße, nur zwei Minuten zu Fuß von der U-Bahn entfernt – die Lage ist also top. Unser Zimmer war überraschend groß, sauber und mit einem großzügigen Bad ausgestattet. Besonders praktisch fanden wir den Online-Check-in und -Check-out, das ging ganz unkompliziert. Im Zimmer gab es auch einen kleinen Kühlschrank – super, um Getränke kühl zu halten. Schön war auch, dass man selbst entscheiden konnte, ob das Zimmer während des Aufenthalts gereinigt werden soll – wir haben darauf verzichtet, da wir nur kurz da waren. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: Das Hotel ist teilweise recht hellhörig, was uns aber nicht wirklich gestört hat. Etwas teuer fanden wir die Tiefgarage mit 25 € pro Tag. Alles in allem aber ein gelungener Aufenthalt!
