Eine Beule, eine Hirnerschütterung oder ein Schädelbruch sind die Folgen eines Aufenthalt bei NH Kurfürstendamm. Der Frühstücksraum wurde von einem ausserordentlich talentlosen Innenarchitekten eingerichtet, der alle Gäste zwischen 1,72 und 1,92 m einer akuten Verletzungsgefahr aussetzt. Eine fiese Baute ist so angebracht, dass alle, die Brot, Butter und Kuchen holen, mit Schmerzen an ihren Tisch zurückgehen. Es lohnt sich nicht, ein gelbes Band anzubringen. Achtung Management der Minor-Gruppe: Wenn sich einmal ein Amerikaner den Kopf zerdeppert, wird NH ein sehr kostspieliges Gerichtsverfahren drohen. Au weia. Auch das Personal schlägt sich laufend den Kopf an und lacht bei der Erwähnung des Missgeschicks: Sie auch! - Sonst hat das Hotel etwa den Charme des Kopierraums in unserem Büro, grau, kahl, keine Farben, nix. Also einen Design- oder Creativpreis holt sich das NH nie! Sonst sehr zweckmässig, gut gelegen, aber nichts Schönes. Und die Sauna im 7. Stock war natürlich kaputt: Wie lange schon? Einzig das Personal an der Rezeption um Frau Lena Wannekamp bringt diese Bewertung von 2 auf 3. Sie und ihr Kollege sind Gold wert für diese Hotel. Eigentlich müssten beide wegen ihrer Professionalität und ihrem Knowhow ins Adlon wechseln.

Zimmer riechen sehr schlecht wegen den Abläufen in den Duschen. Supirior room bedeutet ruhig (Bahnlinie in der nähe). Zimmer wird erst gegen 16:00 Uhr halbherzig gesäubert. Es gibt einen völlig überteuerten self-service Kiosk in der nähe der Rezeption. Dort kann man Getränke und Snacks kaufen. Preise sind stolz aber es gibt keine Gläser für das Bier oder Wasser. Soll man ein Hefeweizen aus der Flasche trinken? Die Zimmer sind Eiskalkt und es gibt keine Heizung, dafür bekomt man einen kleinen Heizlüfter (chic). Das freie Internet fälllt ständig aus und seltsamerweise gibt es mit dem Mobilfunktarif nur sehr langsames Internet (Am Ku‘damm!!??) Fazit: nicht zu empfehlen!

Städningen var slarvig och undermålig. Mitt sidennattlinne låg slängt i ett hörn av rummet.. det var inte dammsuget tillräckligt i badrummet. De fyllde inte på kaffe osv. Termostaten i rummet var felaktig - när man sänkte temp till noll blev det 25 grader i rummet. Hissen stannade inte på min våning. Det gjorde man inget åt under våra 4 dagar. I övrigt trevliga rum, vänlig personal och god frukost
