The receptionist who welcomed us was really kind but the following morning I walked the dog and when I returned I had to use a code to get in,which I was not made aware, buzzed three times and the female receptionist was at the desk ignoring the buzzer. Location is good, close to river and walking distance to good restaurants. Room was clean and spacious, shower was hot and strong enough. Staff were professional and friendly, I had left my wallet behind after I checked out and the staff assisted me swiftly and were very helpful and professional. I will definitely recommend them to everyone.

Great base point for exploring Lyon as it near the Tram 1 at Liberté, Metro D at Guillotière Gabriel Péri, and various bus lines. It is also very walkable to neighboring districts. Breakfast is very basic and needs a little work - they need to do something about the flies near the buffet table. The reception and maid staff are five-star: very nice and will help you with anything. I would stay again.
