We had a great 2 night stay at Anchor Inn. Location is quiet but still so close to downtown that you can walk everywhere. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I wish it had an elevator because getting our enormous suitcases to the third floor wasn’t easy but that wouldn’t keep me from staying here again. It’s an old, beautiful building. The breakfast they offered was very good! The innkeeper was always nearby and has great communication!

The Anchor Inn is a great small hotel/bed and breakfast, located in easy walking distance to most sites. Natte, the caretaker, was awesome, answered all our questions and makes the best quiche! We will definitely tell all our friends about this place, and when we go back to Nantucket, we will stay here again!

Perfect bed & breakfast

First time on the island and I don’t think we will ever stay at another place. It was perfect for our girls trip! We had a lovely time here. The room was clean, beautiful and decorated very nicely. Nate was very helpful with his tips and places to visit. The location was perfect too! We only had to get an uber from the airport but we walked to all the popular spots. 5-10 min walk to everything. I can’t wait to visit again!

The location is central but not right in the middle of all the noise and foot traffic. Room was accommodating and all the decor updates were appealing. This was a lovely place to stay for Stroll. Everything is walkable, and while the room we stayed in was small, it was fine for 2 people. It’s an old house so that’s to be expected. Breakfast was nice, and while I am not a coffee drinker, the smell of a fresh pot was a lovely was to wake up in the morning. Staff is friendly and accommodating.
