We have stayed at this hotel several times. It is central to the Irvine area and directly opposite the John Wayne airport. Staff are very friendly and efficient. many have been working there for several years which is always a good sign. You can park right in front of the hotel. Shuttle to the airport is availalbe.

Just standard room, nothing big. $46 per day parking which was nowhere in my details and also breakfast Buffett is $30 per person! My reservation said breakfast included and it is one stretch of food- Nono e told us only the first part was continental and the eggs and pancakes was $30! Would have been nice if they were UP Front with fees. We were stuck band had to pay - was not happy about it. Upon check in their computers were acting up so several holds went on my card which tied up my money until the next day! At no point was I offered anything to rectify the situation. Will not be back there as a rewards member.
