Stayed here as part of a longer trip. This is a great hotel with an outstanding staff. It is close to the train station. We were able to transport our luggage from the train station to the hotel without issue. The breakfast was outstanding. The last day we left early and were unable to partake in the breakfast so the staff made us sandwiches to take with. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice place and reception staff.

We were upgraded to a suite that had two rooms and two bathrooms. It was a very nice suite with a balcony. There was sufficient closet space to hang out clothes. Breakfast was quite nice, beyond the American Continental style breakfast. It was a buffet style breakfast. They even had fridge section of cheese selections. Pancakes, eggs, sausage, bacon, muesli, yogurt, fruits… even fresh squeezed OJ if you want. The reception lady was very nice and sweet. It’s not too far from the train station but far enough from the touristy crowds to enjoy the peace.

Wonderful stay 10/10

We had the perfect 2-night stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding and staff kept the breakfast buffet spread constantly topped up with a large variety of food. It was a delightful surprise when we were upgraded to a room with the Matterhorn view. The only regret was that our stay was too short to try out the pool facility. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay at Zermatt city centre near the train station.

Terrific value from a hotel snob

I usually find faults in hotels but this hotel has tremendous value and is clean. We enjoyed the indoor saltwater pool and the convenience from the train station. Breakfast had solid mix of western comforts and more traditional local fare. Enjoyed so much we actually extended the stay by a day.

All the reviews are spot-on. The Naco apartments are great - clean, well set out and have much better amenities than I was expecting. The pool/spa area is really nice and breakfast is excellent. Also everyone was really helpful and we much appreciated the baggage being taken to the train station!

This is an outstanding hotel with nice accomodations, friendly staff, and excellent location at a great value. The pool and spa are nice, and the breakfast buffet is a great start to the day. It is conveniently located to the bus transportation to all of the slopes, and is an easy walk from the train station. The room itself was very clean and modern. Good location with a good Spa facility including both steam room and dry sauna, pool was clean with a number of different water jets to soothe the sore muscles, along with an air jet bed. Room was good with a small locket/eating area that was equipped for short stays. There is a bar that has load music close by that could disturb your sleep if you don’t have ear plugs. It was load!!
