I stayed 3nights with a friend. Overall, the stay was decent and went well. Pos: -Room was clean. Sheets and pillows were comfortable. -Breakfast was good (dining area needs expanding, getting a seat at peak period was tricky). -Parking is ok. Paid $6/night. -Neighbourhood was decent and I felt safe. Neg: -the room intercom wasn’t working and I had to leave my room to the level floor to make a simple request. -Window needs cleaning int and ext. -The ladies at the reception could smile more. It felt like my interaction with them was a border. Lol I would recommend.

The hotel is in a great location and has walking distance to some really good restaurants and a fun bowling alley/arcade. The staff was super accommodating and friendly. Joanna at the front desk was very welcoming and Adonny did so well preparing the breakfast and keeping the food hot and everything restocked and clean. However it would've been nice to change the menu up and not the same breakfast everyday. The hotel was clean and rooms well kept and maintained. I would stay here again. *** fyi there is a $6 a night parking fee

We stayed 5 nights. The first night, the carpet in the entire room was wet-very gross! In the morning, as we were heading out for the day, we told the front desk about the problem and they said they would take care of it. The desk clerk stated that it was a problem from the air conditioner in our room and that we were in a room that had not been remodeled yet. We did receive a text during the day, stating that they were working on the problem. When we returned in the evening the carpet was dry. There were 2 elevators in the hotel and 1 of them was broken the entire time we were there, which was during UMD graduation week, so there were a lot of guests at the hotel. There was a Keurig coffee machine in the room, which was nice, but everyday I would have to go down to the front desk to ask for coffee and cups. I don't understand why the cleaning people didn't leave those items each day, because they were in our room everyday. The bathroom was clean and nice. The mattress was comfortable. There was plenty of parking at the hotel, but they still charge $6 a day for parking. The free breakfast was very good.
