We stayed 5 nights. The first night, the carpet in the entire room was wet-very gross! In the morning, as we were heading out for the day, we told the front desk about the problem and they said they would take care of it. The desk clerk stated that it was a problem from the air conditioner in our room and that we were in a room that had not been remodeled yet. We did receive a text during the day, stating that they were working on the problem. When we returned in the evening the carpet was dry.
There were 2 elevators in the hotel and 1 of them was broken the entire time we were there, which was during UMD graduation week, so there were a lot of guests at the hotel. There was a Keurig coffee machine in the room, which was nice, but everyday I would have to go down to the front desk to ask for coffee and cups. I don't understand why the cleaning people didn't leave those items each day, because they were in our room everyday. The bathroom was clean and nice. The mattress was comfortable. There was plenty of parking at the hotel, but they still charge $6 a day for parking. The free breakfast was very good.
