We did not stay at this place and would not stay here. Upon arrival, the pictures in the booking app does not represent reality. It's unfortunate that even though we did not cancel, they are claiming we did and therefore we were charged.

When we arrived for the check in was told it was canceled. Guy went inside and come back with a laptop for check in. Called owner as couldn’t hear and we stepped into the lobby well reason he came out with the laptop is it’s a pigsty. Doing mechanical work in the driveway, old mattresses outside. The pictures are definitely old pictures as it is run down and glad we didn’t have to stay as they were booked full. I’m a biker and have stayed in some questionable places but this was beyond and shouldnt be shut down

I booked for a room 3 months before our travel date, but when we arrived at 5pm, their office was closed. When I tried to twist the door knob, a dog barked from inside. I called the number posted on the door, and the person who answered the call said that my booking was cancelled and that they were overbooked for the night. Hotels.com should stop transacting with this motel. My booking was non refundable, but since I didn’t receive the service, I should get my money back. I’m still waiting for my refund.

This motel was good for me as a single traveler. Had everything I needed. Safeway across the street and a Marcos pizza next door.

Old motel in poor condition. Very noisy from traffic and AC. Apparently no way to control the temperature other than turning the AC on and off. The bed was comfortable.

Upon arrival we were told a water pipe burst in our room. We had to find another hotel. We were offered a full refund, which would be processed immediately. It's the next day and we haven't seen or heard from anyone on the refund.

WORST HOTEL

I was not able to check in in this hotel. I reached hotel around 915pm. Office was closed. There was number to call. I called them many times but call was going on voicemail. No one returned my call. I need my refund asap
