Staff seemed hindered by dumb policies and lack of leadership. Room service was okay until they totally forgot my order one day and blamed it being busy - despite it being 10am and not a busy time of the restaurant. TV only had like 5 channels. 3 towels were provided by the hotel - talk about cheap! Bathroom was dirty, not cleaned thoroughly. You could see dirt/dust everywhere. Rooms seemed aged and needing updates. No microwave. Fridge barely worked.
