The room was clean, although carpet and parquet flooring was worn and should be replaced. Lots of unpleasant smells, including the lobby, the upstairs halls, and the room. A mildewy smell, masked by a large amount of perfume in the lobby. The source of these smells needs to be determined, and remedial measures taken, rather than cover it up. Breakfast bar was a ghost town at 15 minutes before closing (9:15am), with several hot items depleted and not restocked. Staff was friendly. Rate was competitive.

Room was dirty. Linens were dirty/stained. Found a bottle of prescription narcotics in our room, along with a dirty latex glove. Carpets had not been vacuumed, bathtub floor was dirty. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were very cheap. There were also some very questionable people that looked like they were living at the hotel. The people in the room next to us were smoking marijuana to the point that I could smell it coming through the walls at 2am. Air filter in the A/C was filthy. Surrounding areas was decent though and offered a lot of different restaurants and shops.
