When I arrived, my room was dirty as if housekeeping only made the bed. There was a used bar of soap in the shower, loose change on the floor, food on the table and floor, stains on the wall like someone was having a coffee fight. Also the refrigerator was not working, when I called to report my issues a fresh bar of soap was offered. I requested a new room and there was no difference far as cleanliness. The “new” room was just as dirty but no used bar of soap. Night shift staff was rude and very disrespectful. I would not stay here again.

The outside doors were propped open so anyone could come and go (possibly those who were not guests). The breakfast was lacking. Chafing dishes empty.
