Second time stand at this particular location it was packed beyond compacity couldn't get in the pool plenty of loud music people was dancing all in the hallways it was a gunshot the room was dirty as hell but the service people were amazing we asked for vacuums linkage sheets pillow cases cleaning solutions in garbage bags received everything but the cleaning solution overall it was a three won't do again

Cleaning wasn’t the greatest, front desk staff were nice. The elevators are in need of servicing, took the stairs more than used them. The breakfast, when finally served was good but they were to be open at 6am and we got turned away at 6:50 because it wasn’t ready.

The staff was all friendly and the evening reception is a great perk. Unfortunately the cleanliness was not good. Dirty ice bucket, couch, glasses, etc. the condition of the room was bad too, loose table legs, broken lamps, busted furniture with wood pieces sticking out, etc.

The room was nice and clean, even though we did find someone’s shoes under the bed so that was a little concern about how often the floor was vacuumed. The breakfast with the omelette station was Amazing! Guest service was fantastic!

Great stay.

Wonderful stay. Food was great- we loved made to order omelets in morning. Nancy was excellent in the breakfast buffet. Hot tub and pool were used. Loved the drinks at social time. Our room didn’t have its hair dryer and one was brought in minutes to us.
