We were in room 259 and really wish they had warned us that people taking the stairs could see right into our windows even with the shades down. Blackout shades are needed to not have random people peek in on you. Saw some trash throughout the interior floor, and it feels like a whole different clientele is there now from 5-7 years ago. The pool is large which we love, but that fan in there is just too loud. Breakfast could be elevated but is good and free.

Great location for early flight out of COS Airport -- and free airport shuttle and discounted long-term parking included with hotel stay. I have stayed at this hotel several times and always choose it when I need to stay in The Springs. Hot tub, pool, and breakfast are huge bonuses, too. If you feel you have graduated from base level discount hotels and want ease and quiet, this is your place.
