Good location , an easy 15-20 minute walk from Ortigia island and the Centre of town. The unit was spacious clean new and comfortable…only one slight issue that the owner is aware and trying to rectify …there is an unpleasant odor from the bathroom related to the building plumbing …it’s bearable …otherwise excellent service and accommodation. We had no problem finding free parking within a few meters away 👍

Spotless and comfortable room high up in a modern building in a quiet corner of Syracuse. Espresso machine in the kitchen area. Breakfast was a voucher for coffee and a pastry in a busy but lovely local cafe. Super-handy for the Neapolis classical architecture park. A bit of a walk to any decent bars or restaurants, but the walk was pleasant and safe.

It was an enjoyable stay. Staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Modern and well designed room. Not a really good view and it was hard to let the sunlight in to the house. Some items in the room didn't seem like managed properly. Nevertheless it was a great experience in general.
