We got there super late on a friday night. There was no parking in the hotel garage, the garage attendant was great in helping us to figure out where to park. The front desk clerk was amazing!! We got in, tired, so ready to just lay down so it was great to have an easy check in. Room was perfect! Better than expected to be honest and we were right across from the aquarium, and a few places to eat within walking distance.

Love this hotel as we have stayed here before. EVERYONE from the valet to the front desk were nice, friendly and helpful. Love the location of this hotel to attractions and abundance of restaurants. The area is quiet but busy and nice to walk around. I needed a microwave and it was delivered immediately. Plenty on the breakfast buffet and was surprised this year that it was included in the room rate as last year we payed for it. I would only suggest that outlets in rooms be upgraded to have USB plugs. We definitely stay again!

Good overall stay when we came in for a FIFA 2026 game in June. Security was good from the front door through scanning your hotel door card to gain floor access. Room was nice and clean. Beds were good. Air conditioning was good. Breakfast was ok , but came with stay. Would recommend if staying for a sporting event downtown.

We have stayed before at this property and loved it. Close to everything and the staff ( front desk and valets) were wonderful, nice and cheerful. The maids were not so friendly, maybe a language barrier. Last year we paid for a breakfast and it was great, glad this time it was included (adequate) but not as good. There was never anyone serving the bar and had to walk down the street for a cocktail. I suggest maybe a Happy Hour? Safe place, neighbors was safe and plenty of restaurants. Beds, pillows, showers, towels etc… absolutely fantastic! Rooms need USB outlets though. Will definitely stay again!

Staff were absolutely amazing! From the front desk, to the bar, to the chefs. I did not have to interact with cleaning staff but my room was clean as well. Incidentals were $75 per day, I didn’t drive so I didn’t have to worry about valet fees.

I do we love this location & hotel. There’s a couple things I think that can be looked into and fixed, but it’s not really a big deal. The breakfast when we paed for it last year was way better than the free breakfast that is provided now. 09:00 lights were out and doors were closed, I’m not sure why but maybe because in the past that there’s very few people around for their breakfast. The rooms need to have USB compatibilities and all that needs to be done is by adding outlets for that. Also, a small microwave being added to the room would be nice as we requested one and got a huge portable microwave, worked, but it was very large. The bar is beautiful but never a bartender, offering a happy hour might help generate business. All in all we love this place and will stay again!
