The service desk was extremely friendly and always helpful. All of the staff were. The rooms need a bit of updating and the pillows were uncomfortable. There was along power outage our first night so our room was extremely warm but I heard the staff being very accommodating to guests that needed to cancel reservations. Unfortunate they don’t have backup generators.

We felt so sorry for the young man at the reception desk. It was obvious he was handling multiple tasks while alone, The phone was ringing incessantly and he had multiple parties in line waiting to check-in, etc. A stressful situation but he never lost his composure.
