Very good

I really like bathroom design and little „touches” like bottles of shower gel or shampoo. Very comfortable beds. Room very warm (traveled rainy, winter time) and spacious.

Clean and comfortable if not a little dated. I cannot say anything bad, the hotel provided us with what we wanted/needed. Would recommend

Middenklasse hotel. Beetje saai.

Gut

Das einzige, was nicht in Ordnung war. Das sie für eine Übernachtung 20€ Parkgebühren Verlangen. Das ist sehr frech! Wenn ich ein Hotel buche muss das inkl. sein.

No responsiveness - cancelled our entire booking at NO request. They were totally uncapable of communicating via phone oir email - which makes it impossible for foreign travellers to speak to someone about their upcoming stays. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Our stay here was mixed because the staff was so lovely and welcoming. The rooms were large and comfortable, however there are limited food options and you are not allowed to eat or sit in the lobby unless you are buying from their restaurant that is only open for limited hours during the day. the doors and walls are paper thin, so with children it was uncomfortable that people kept asking us to quiet down when we were simply watching tv or walking through the hallway. there is no transportation around, so you have to rent a car for sure for spend $50 on a taxi to go just 1 mile back to the airport. all in all not a bad place, but definitely won't be staying there again. if it wasn't for the warm staff members on the day we checked in, we probably would have checked out early and went somewhere else.

Novotel Eindhoven stay 8 & 9 June

1st, safe did not work in the room, which was important to us as wanted to leave passports in safe place whilst travelling around Holland. Reception just said it's broken and no one to deal with it, sorry!!! 2nd, unable to book seats for dinner in the hotel we were booked into due to large booking of 40!!! on both nights we were staying. We had to go out to eat Lastly the noise in the hotel due to a large group booking, taking part in a footbalm tournament. Kids running in and out of bar area making lots of noise, running up and down the bedroom corrider keeping us awake. Would not stay again.

This is a very bad housing experience

This is a very bad housing experience. When I went to the Novotel counter to check in, the counter staff told me that they could not find any of my reservations. I immediately wrote to hotels.com that evening. One hour before I expected to check out, I finally received a reply from hotels.com. He said my booking and payment records showed that everything was fine, so the problem was in Novotel. When I check out, I indicated to the counter that as a customer who has successfully booked and paid, the system could not find his name when checking in, which caused the customer to doubt whether he was arriving the wrong hotel or the wrong date was a very bad housing experience. I need a formal written document telling me why the case be occurred? The reply from the Novotel counter manager is “I have clearly told you that this is a problem with the hotels.com system, we are just the receiving end.” I still want to request hotels.com think about your advertisements are marked with “After reservations, no confirmation, and quick check-in”. Look at my case, I have to dealing with my reservation status all night and I could not sleep well. I want your explanation what is going on with your booking system in my case and you must pay compensation.
