The staffs are all very courtesy and helpful, especially Kato who is very nice and professional. The room is spotless clean and quiet.The location of the hotel is perfect, near the Metro station and lots of restraurants near by. It was our third stay at Quintessa Hotel. Friendly staff, small, however very clean rooms all around. Convenient location, central however not too crowded and still relatively quiet and it has everything you need (easy transport, food, etc).

Everything is so clean and the staff are very welcoming. The area surrounding the hotel is beautiful and well kept. A bunch of delicious restaurants easy to get to all around. Fish market is a 15 minute walk. Highly recommend!
